Order Processing

 

Please allow 24 - 48 hours to process your order for shipping.  We extend a cancellation policy to all customers found within our Return Policy. Expect an email within 12 - 24 hours from processing to let you know your order is on the way.

Holidays

We primarily ship all orders utilizing USPS.  Holidays can lead to a 24 hour delay in shipping.  If secondary options permit, we will provide an announcement via a website banner.​

In-Store Pickup

​

We do not provide in-store pickup.  We are an online only shop.  No orders can or will be allowed for pick up at our warehouse.  In the event attempt is made, customers will be turned away.

Local Delivery

​​

We currently deliver locally to Bellingham, WA and Birch Bay/Blaine, WA.  All order deliveries occur on Saturdays at the designated time slot.  All orders are processed until 8pm PT Fridays.

Shipping

​

As per our order processing timeframe above, we ship within 24 hours from processing. We currently ship to all 50 states in the US.  We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

All shipping is flat rate, calculated based on product type, tracking provided and insured.

​

All orders above $250 will be subject to signature requirement to ensure intended delivery.
