Return Policy

All returns are processed by emailing support@thecriticalstrike.com with the subject line containing your order number and the body containing all information required to process the return.

Refunds

The Critical Strike LLC extends to all customers a 14 day return period on majority of sealed inventory with some exceptions.  The item being returned must meet the following criteria.

  • Must still be sealed in its original packaging.

  • Provide us with your order number.

  • Provide us with your receipt/proof of purchase.

  • Returns are subject to a shipping fee unless stated otherwise.

 

Once approved, you will be provided shipping instructions alongside a label to return all product(s) back to us. 

Do not ship items back to us without prior approval.  We will not accept the shipment.

Once the item is received, we will process the refund to your original payment method.  If you no longer have access to the original payment method, you will need to consult with your payment provider to receive the funds returned.  Refunds can take up to 7 - 15 business days to appear in your account depending on the payment method and provider.

We currently do not accept returns on the following items.

  • Booster Packs

  • Sleeved Booster Packs

  • Ungraded and Graded Singles

 

We understand the lack of control when it comes to shipping and damages may occur.  Due to this we have a damages section below you may refer to in the event you received a damaged item or shipment.

Damaged Products

The Critical Strike LLC requests damaged product cases be submitted within 48 hours of shown delivery on your package's tracking.  Any cases opened past the 48 hour mark will not be eligible for refund or exchange.  Our damaged product cases will only cover damages incurred during shipping.

 

  • Crushing caused to the shipping box which damage the product(s).

  • Punctures or gashes caused to the shipping box which damage the product(s).

  • Water damage caused to the shipping box which damage the product(s).

 

Damages due to manufacturer's defects will not be covered by the policy as they are common and a byproduct of mass production.  Manufacturer's defects include the following. 

 

  • Missing cards, packs, inserts, toys, figurines within the sealed product(s). 

  • Miscut/misprinted cards or toys.

  • Minor gashes or cuts on the manufacturer's product wrap.

Cases opened within 48 hours of delivery will require the following.

 

  • Photos of the package sealed with the visible damage taken from multiple sides.

  • Photo of the product(s) damaged within the package.

  • Provide us with proof of purchase or receipt.

  • Provide us with your order number.

Inability to Deliver

If the package is unable to be delivered to the address provided by you during purchase we will provide a full refund of the product(s), but we will not be able to refund shipping costs.

Cancellation of Order

If you find yourself requiring cancellation of the order, we allow all customers to do so within certain criteria.

 

  • Purchasing an available product from our site allows you to cancel your order within 12 hours.

  • Pre-ordering a product made available at a later date allows you to cancel up until the day before the product releases.
